Music is the other half of my life. I collect vinyl, play it loud, and believe heavy metal is one of the most honest art forms in existence. The riffs, the precision, the community — it’s all there if you’re willing to listen.

I started collecting vinyl years ago, drawn in by the warmth of the sound and the ritual of the format. There’s something deeply satisfying about putting a record on — the crackle, the weight of the sleeve, the liner notes. My collection spans black metal, thrash, doom, and everything in between.

Heavy metal and running have more in common than people think. Both demand discipline, endurance, and the ability to push through discomfort. Speed Metal Athletics — the running club I founded — is named after that connection.
